Setshaba, in collaboration with the TB Alliance, walked the talk to support TB activism with the slogan #IamlouderthanTB, translated as “by standing in solidarity with civil society, we can confront the government and be visible and vocal enough for regular people to notice our active voice in combating TB”. Setshaba was represented at the event by staff and stakeholders (the Community Advisory Board).
The Walk the Talk event provided a much-needed opportunity for people to come together and show their solidarity for important causes. It was a powerful demonstration of unity and determination to address pressing social issues in our community. The participation of Setshaba staff and stakeholder representatives further emphasised the organisation’s commitment to making a positive impact on society.
